Welcome to the Seeking Aupairs section.
This is the first step in the
placement of an aupair with your family and is designed specifically
for families interested in employing an aupair.
Details below include our terms
and conditions of business (please read these carefully), the
family registration form and some general information to help
you decide if an aupair is the right choice for you.
An aupair could, however, make all the difference to your family life.
Wouldn't an extra pair of hands come in handy? Helping with the housework,
looking after the children and babysitting occasionally.
Just imagine how much easier it would be. More time for you and the extra
freedom to go out in the evenings.
Your family would also benefit from coming into contact with a different
culture and background.

Yes, I'm interested in
an aupair. What should I do now?
Well, it is important that you read the documentation
(provided via the links below) carefully, as it has been designed to
simplify the process of acquiring an aupair for your family.
Firstly,
you should complete and submit a Registration
Form
(a link is provided below). Please
provide as much information as possible, as this helps us greatly
during the matching process.
You should
also provide a letter of introduction for the aupair together
with some family photographs. We will then do our best to match your family's needs
to that of our aupair candidates and send you details of the aupairs
we feel would be most suitable.
If you should subsequently decide to
accept one of the aupair candidates, you must telephone or email us
immediately. Please bear in mind that aupairs are in great demand,
so time is of the essence.

Once the aupair candidate has
accepted the position, you will be required to provide us with a
hand-written Letter of
Invitation (a template is provided for you via a link
below), together with the Placement Fee.
Once the
Placement Fee is received by us, we will forward the Letter of
Invitation to our agency abroad, who will ensure that
the aupair candidate has the required documentation for the visa clearance
officer. It is important to realise that the Letter of Invitation
is essential for a visa application to succeed. You should also be
aware that the relevant authorities will not
accept a letter that is more than one week old, so
please take this into account when dating
the letter.
We will inform you when the visa
application is successful and provide you with the appropriate
travel details as previously agreed between the parties.

Jobs In Demand Childcare places
aupairs throughout England and Ireland, and in countries all over
the world. We are very selective in our choice of overseas agencies,
thus enabling us to provide you with the best choice of aupairs.
