Welcome to the Seeking Nannies section.
This is the first step in
the placement of a nanny with your family and is designed specifically
for families interested in employing a nanny.
Details below include our terms
and conditions of business (please read these carefully), the
family registration form and some general information to help you decide
if a nanny is the right choice for you.
A nanny could make all the difference to your
family life. Wouldn't it bring you peace of mind knowing that a fully experienced
person was caring for your child? Nannies are fully trained and experienced in
providing the due care and attention you would expect.
Just imagine how much easier it would
be. More time for you and the extra freedom to go out in the evenings.

Yes, I'm interested in a
nanny. What should I do now? Well, it is
important that you read the documentation (provided via the links
below) carefully, as it has been designed to simplify the process
of acquiring a nanny for your family.
Firstly, you should complete and
submit a Registration Form (a link is provided
below). Please provide as much information as possible, as this
helps us greatly during the matching process.
We will then do our best to match your
family's needs to that of our nanny candidates and send you details
of the nannies we feel would be most suitable.
If you should subsequently decide to
accept one of the nanny candidates, you must telephone or email us
immediately. Please bear in mind that nannies are in great demand,
so time is of the essence.

Once the nanny candidate
has accepted the position, we will commence checking all references and
appropriate documentation on your behalf. You will be required to provide
us with an Offer Letter (a template is provided for
you via a link below), together with the Placement Fee.
We will
only forward the Offer Letter to the nanny and complete our
checks once the Placement Fee is paid and received
by us. It is important to realise that the Offer Letter is
essential for a nanny placement to succeed.
Once you have
accepted the nanny and the nanny has accepted
the position offered, we suggest that you discuss the arrangements together.
Detailed terms of engagement are often drawn up between
the two parties and attached to the Offer Letter. Jobs In Demand
Childcare has prepared a template for terms of engagement, which can
be provided to the family on request. Please note that this template is intended for
general guidance only and is not a substitute for seeking independent
legal advice.

Jobs In Demand Childcare places nannies
throughout England and Ireland. We are very selective in our choice of
partner agencies, thus enabling us to provide you with the best choice of
nannies.
