We have had 5 or 6 aupairs during the past few years and some have clearly wanted to obtain their visa but not stay with a family for any length of time. However, our last two placements have been relatively 'hassle free' and have both been girls who have genuinely wanted to become part of our family and help out with normal family life. I can't begin to tell you how heartening it is to know that the children will all have been fed, the ironing done and the house will be clean and tidy when I get home from work!

I have particularly valued your screening process before I have been given access to the girl's details. You provide a good choice of applicants but it is very reassuring to know that all references have been checked.

Our current aupair, Ana, is due to fly back to Romania at the end of February when her visa expires. Our children will be very sad to see her go, but I am hoping you can help us find another friendly, enthusiastic girl to replace her.
